I love reading and began reading novels at a very young age...I felt that I was sucked right into the books and lived what I was reading. The written word has sort of always been an escape for me...a stronghold. Now I also love to write, as I am able to create new worlds within my writing. 

Thus far, my inspirations for writing include ancient Celtic history and religious practices, antiques, vintage clothing & anything from the 1940's and 1950's, history, ancient Egyptian culture and history, lucid dreaming and dream interpretation, everything paranormal, Native American spirituality, faeries, art, music of many kinds (rock, pop, industrial, 80's, blues & jazz, old country, etc.) and cooking. And yes, by the Dictionary's definition of a "geek"...I most definitely fit into that category. I may sometimes post a poem or two...and I also enjoy sharing my short stories from time to time. 

Lately I'm beginning to see the world in a different light. I see things that have always been there...I just never noticed their beauty before. Every plant and rock seems to have a spirit, just waiting to speak to me. Nature is divine...and the divine is nature.

I am who I am, and that's all I can be. If you are offended by it or do not like it, don't read me! :)
